Wow... where do I even begin. This is a long overdue review and should have been written a year ago. One of the worst estate agencies I have ever used in my life. Typical slimy and sneaky behaviour from their agents. Me and MANY others in my development were lied to when purchasing our properties. None of the homeowners were made aware of the plan to house a great amount of social housing tenants throughout the building. This has led to many thefts of parcels, antisocial behaviour, violence and drugs throughout the building. There are many young single women who feel frightened in a place where they are supposed to feel their safest. There are also young children and babies in the building. Police are constantly called to the building, it is utter madness. Something needs to be done about estate agents that lie to buyers to lure them in to purchasing. I hope the commission was worth it! This has taken a serious toll on my mental health and continues to do so.

I have just had a conversation with Paul from the Garston branch. I am appalled by his attitude towards me.
I have put my house up for sale with Imagine in the past and took it down for personal reasons.
I approached paul today regarding putting my house back on the market and was told that he didn't want me to waste his time and effort if I wasn't going to be serious about selling!
I was upset and shocked by this as I had not wasted his time in the past. I was guilty of taking my property off the market for personal reasons.

What else can I say but a massive thank you to Paul and Imagine for getting us an offer on our house so quickly. After months of no success with others, we finally managed to get on board with Imagine. No sooner were we on the market with them than we had a viewing and an offer within a matter of days. Paul gave me some excellent advice and his positive attitude made me feel so reassured during such a stressful process. He is both calm and approachable and I would thoroughly recommend him and Imagine for anyone who wants to avoid the stresses and strains of trying to sell a property. Five star service for sure. It's exactly a year since we moved in to our new property. Imagine were the company who sold our previous property and looking back I'd like to take this opportunity to thank them for their professional service throughout the whole process. From the moment we asked for a valuation a slick operation began, with advice and tips on how to get the best price and prospective buyers through the door. In the first 3 day's we had 17 viewings, the house sold in 4 day's for a price above the asking price and well above the estimate of other local agents. From that point on we were kept fully informed of the chain as it built and the progress of the sale. Since this great experience I have often recommended Imagine to others who haven't had the positive experience we received.

Imagine sold my house despite not having an office in Hemel Hempstead at that time. They were truly above the other local agents and nothing was too much trouble. The house sale went through with no issues and the staff really cared about service. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to family and friends
