Lettings beware! The fees that this agent charges are significantly higher than other agents in the area. Also we had some issues with getting the agent to turn up for a viewing on time and even with the right set of keys. Don't waste your time viewing properties advertised by this agent unless... Sandra came to my house to value it. Our first interaction was shaking hands - Insipid!!
