This is not an estate agency in the perceived definition. They are solely interested in commission. The staff have little knowledge at best, and what they dont know they invent. Rented a house! Very poor communication throughout! Weekend shop staff rude and uninterested! Be careful if you are renting. As a land lord we trusted Hunters halifax to manage our property as we live in Australia. The halifax team were great but as soon as we signed up tenants we realised that the management is in bath which is at least 200 miles from our property.
