We had horrible experience with Hunters Estate agents. It seems the proprietor of Hunters estate agent have conflict of interest as they try and move the good tenant to the flats they own. There are multiple incidents where one of the staff trying to threaten me as tenant saying I send them multiple emails a day to chase for a contractor to repair a heater. I was absolutely nightmare deal with this letting agent. It took 1 month for them to replace a water heater shower during winter.
