We had horrible experience with Hunters Estate agents. It seems the proprietor of Hunters estate agent have conflict of interest as they try and move the good tenant to the flats they own. We had horrible experience with Hunters Estate agents. It seems the proprietor of Hunters estate agent have conflict of interest as they try and move the good tenant to the flats they own.
With our flat, they misguided us about tenant who was very good. It was to the extent the recovery of the money from the deposit towards the damage to the flat was paid by the estate agent and not by the tenant. As the proprieter tried to protect the tenant, their communication was inappropriate and not at all supportive to landlord who initially hired their services.
ALL LANDLORDS, PLEASE BE CAUTIOUS OF HIJACKING OF GOOD TENANTS BY THE PROPRIETORS OF HUNTERS ESTATE AGENCY.

There are multiple incidents where one of the staff trying to threaten me as tenant saying I send them multiple emails a day to chase for a contractor to repair a heater.
I am very unsatisfied with what they did, they simply put the blame to the tenant and take maintenance money from the landlord, whereby they as letting agent take no responsibility in their mistakes.
Landlord and tenant, please do avoid looking for this agent.

I was absolutely nightmare deal with this letting agent.
It took 1 month for them to replace a water heater shower during winter. And when I email them to confirm the date/time the contractor visit, they said I am disturbing them sending multiple emails a day. (This is because the contractor and my time do not match, as I am working!)
Their contractor is simply making lots of excuses and delay for 1 month with no shower heater during winter! I have to shower in my friend place.
They make a lot of mistakes including, tenancy ending date, returning deposit. I have to show them the email as proof.
When talking about money, no a single penny is allowed with them.
Overall, the worst letting agent in the UK. Highly NOT recommended and give no satisfactory response to complaints.
