I advise against this agency. During my tenancy they most likely withdrew my deposit from DPS. After the end of rental we agreed to my deposit by the phone 29.11.24. I would strongly advise against using this estate agency. They have proven to be dishonest, manipulative, misleading, and even withholding funds that do not belong to them. Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
