29 Mill Place, Chislehurst, BR7 5ND. The property has been neglected by the estate agent and has serious structural damage, black mould, exposed wires, no landline, a leaking roof, damp and more. All was reported to the Estate agent and nothing was done. The Estate Agent actively blocked the tenant from contacting the homeowner to inform them of the situation and refused to provide their contact details upon request. The tenant had to resort to searching the internet for the Home Owners contact details. The Estate agent lied about being unable to provide the tenant agreement and other documentation such as the tenancy agreement! The proof is available on request including video audio and photographs, Avoid this property and the Estate Agent.

After requesting a viewing for a property the agents failed to get back to me about availability for viewing over a two week period even though requested details were given. This was only arranged after a phone call to the agents. After viewing the property and speaking with the agent again I asked a couple of questions and was waiting for a response and had also emailed them separate to this with another query. I never had any contact back and the property now has a let agreed. Very, very disappointed with the lack of communication which lead to us not having the opportunity to let this property.
