I have found Howes Estates Agency in Holsworthy to be excellent in dealing with the sale of my holiday home. Darren Howes, punctual for appointments, very competent, honest and trustworthy. He will definitely be the first estate agent that i will contact for buying any future property in the area.
His charges for selling are very, very competitive compared to other estate agents in Bude, even with Darren having a 10 mile journey each way from Holsworthy to my holiday home. If buying or selling a property the best estate agent to contact is Darren Howes, Howes Estates, Holsworthy.
