Asked Homes Grayshott to market our house after receiving disappointing service from one of the well known International Estate Agents. Alex and the Grayshott team took on the challenge to market our house. Imaginative photos of our property and garden were taken immediately and these and the glossy brochure were available online without delay. All viewings were conducted professionally by one of the team who knew the house and it's features. Potential buyers were allowed to take as much time as needed to view the property and make as many further visits as needed.

All viewings were conducted professionally by one of the team who knew the house and it's features. Potential buyers were allowed to take as much time as needed to view the property and make as many further visits as needed.
Administration of the sale was handled efficiently and the team were always "on the ball" ready to follow up any "hitch" that was "holding things up".
Homes ensured the whole process went smoothly from start to finish - surely the best possible recommendation.

Having moved earlier this year, my wife and I were extremely happy with Homes from the word go. All of the staff in Grayshott were very approachable and I felt they worked tirelessly to push through our sale and help secure our purchase. We were recommended to Homes by a family member and we have been delighted with our choice. Excellent honest, caring, professional service from start to finish from all the staff. We changed our mind about selling but decided then to sell and it all came together at the right time for us. This was the first time we have sold a house for 25 years. Pepe, Mandy and Paul, paid great attention to our requirements, and discussed all the possibilities and strategies available. We were very happy with all the marketing, and when seeking and introducing potential buyers to our home were efficient, enthusiastic and made themselves familiar with all aspects of the property.
When a buyer was found, they were always active in their assistance, on behalf of the buyer, ourselves, and in the transaction involved in our onward purchase. Their advice and smoothing out of problems has been invaluable.
We are really pleased we chose Homes, and are very grateful for all their efforts on our behalf. It has been a very positive experience for us, and we are sure, for the purchaser too.

We would certainly recommend Homes as a caring and efficient firm of estate agents and a firm that cares about their clients, not only the vendor but also the purchaser. The reputation of estate agents is not generally all that good, but that is certainly not the case with Homes, we found them First Class.

Having sold my property privately, I purchased a house that was being sold by Homes Hindhead. Peppe's customer service was exceptional, no pushy sales and very respectable towards the needs of the vendor. Peppe's communication through the whole chain was very constructive and honest throughout and guided me through the process smoothly. Mandy always dealt with any queries in Peppe's absence and always friendly and knowledgable. I would have no hesitation to sell my home through this office in the future or to buy another. Homes do not fit into the stereotypical reputation that estate agents appear to have gained in the past and have restored our faith with the whole buying and selling process with their approach and positive attitude to their work. Even time keeping for viewings was adhered too!! Thank you Homes.

Homes successfully marketed a property for my elderly parents and sold it in a timely fashion during a less promising part of the year. I was impressed with the sensitivity with which the staff dealt with my parents at all times, with any minor misunderstandings (the sort that are bound to occur) soon ironed out. I was also impressed with the way the property was presented and marketed - stressing its merits as it stood, rather than relying overmuch on 'scope for improvement'.
