It is with regret that I leave 1 star. I wish I could leave zero stars. In a nutshell; Leaders dont care about their tenants or good service, they just want your hard earned money. Iwas a tenant of 'HOMESEARCH' for over 7 years and since Leaders took over, the last 12 months of my tenancy were managed very poorly. Here is a small list: - They misplaced my payment information and then proceeded to send me letter after letter claiming I was acting against their payment policies. One quick check of their records would clearly show that I paid on time, every time and hadn't cancelled or changed any payment records. - They had faults reported to them during a routine inspection regarding ceiling cracks, noisy pipes and other remedial work but failed to ever do anything about them. - Every inspection report during my tenancy was always good, with notes added to say how well I kept the property and how clean it always was..... so when I moved out I was completely disgusted to find that they wanted to charge me for dirty sink and drainage basin cleaning which had already been reported as limescale stained caused by the previous tenant. In fact, it was in better condition when I left than when I first took the property on...! Having called the office to dispute my check-out report, I was informed that their was an 'internal staff dispute going on' and therefore my call wouldn't be dealt with by the original person as she had walked out the day before leaving them short staffed. I was then advised that Ben Hone, Branch Manager, would have to call me back. I am still waiting for this call back. I'm absolutely disgusted at their blatantly dishonest way of clawing my deposit back and would recommend that whoever reads this review stays WELL clear of leaders because it seems to be a pattern. Just read other online reviews for yourself.
