Best property agency I have had. From the first moment we found a beautiful bungalow to rent to the last moment at handover it was the most pleasurable experience for us both, having never rented before. Naomi who did the initial viewing with us and Claire who is the boffin in the office were both lovely helpful, polite and on the ball girls. They seemed to bend over backwards for us and nothing was too much trouble. It was all signed and sealed in record time. What a caring, attentive bunch. Go do it!!

Claire and Rebekah have been absolutely fantastic and took into account the needs of both myself and my husband.
Originally I had to choose a house, but then Claire found me a bungalow which is absolutely just what I wanted, with all the relevant facilities.
Rebekah showed me round three properties and was very professional and friendly. She explained everything that I needed to know and was very helpful.
I would recommend anyone to use Hill and Clark

Since we have been looking to rent a property we have had nothing but special treatment, with care, consideration, and a very professional attitude. Very helpful and always do as they say. Very good service. The move in was smooth. A couple of things let it down. There were issues raised with things not correct and when got keys had still not been sorted when this was 3 weeks ago knowing of the issues. I think generally all renting fees are a rip off!. It was much easier doing it all online as just don’t have the time to keep going to the offices and was good to be met at property for the keys although needed a bit more information about the house as was very basic

Very good service. The move in was smooth. A couple of things let it down. Very helpful and friendly people, they made the whole process straightforward, every step was explained clearly to us on what our options were and what would be best for us as we have never rented before. Once we had chosen a couple of properties Jane met us at the properties at the allocated time and was very punctual and efficient in showing us around and answering all our questions that we had on them, she could not of been more helpful, the whole process was made stress free and we were reassured by Jane about a lot of things that we had heard about renting. She went through all the forms with us and explained all the options of utilities, insurances everything. What a great team of people you have at Boston. Thanks Jane.

The next we heard from the agent was a phone call the day after we applied from Becky ,, the rent for the property was 625 pcm but unfortunately due to 4 people applying for the property HILL and CLARKE made the decision to play the 4 applicants off against each other by suggesting we put a higher rental offer to secure the property and in turn get themselves more money ... we declined as we will not be manipulated into parting with more money ,, needless to say we did not get the property ,,
moral of the story is this company is driven by greed ,, and will do what they can to drive up already high prices in order to line there own pockets ... AVOID AT ALL COSTS .. this was for a rental so god only knows how they work for high price sales
