From the viewing, organising paperworks and requirements, contract signing and up until the key turnover, Henry Adams was perfect in every way. Having a great rapport with agents, like Siobhan who was prompt, knowledgeable with the area, shows empathy, and most of all, efficient was a huge boss and selling point to us as clients. When Clair took over with the requirements, she was as great as Siobhan. We are looking forward to a smooth journey with you guys and hopefully, the standards will stay golden.

Throughout my local house hunting I found the Henry Adams team, and Oliver and Daniel in particular, to be extremely knowledgeable about the Petersfield and surrounding villages property market. I hugely valued the expertise they were able to provide me. I was also really impressed with their friendly and courteous manner. They returned messages and emails promptly and went out of their way to help. I would highly recommend their personable service to people looking to buy and sell in this area.

If you can rent through anyone else, I strongly recommend you do. I recently ended a tenancy through Henry Adams, and the way which which the return of my deposit was handled was scandalous. Quotes for cleaning and garden maintenance that were provided were more than double the going rate, and when I asked for a breakdown of the costs, they refused to provide them. (When i subsequently provided alternative quotes, they insisted on having the quotes broken down... one rule for one.....) I have had to take the legal route to recover my money. The most unreasonable local company it has ever been my displeasure to deal with. Please save your time and money and look elsewhere for your property needs. Only providing a 1 star rating as there isn't an option for zero or negative stars......................................................................................................................

Pretty steep, for doing essentially nothing, but to be fair probably no higher or less justified than those of most other agents.

TPO found in our favour and upheld the complaint, ordering HA to pay us £300 compensation for aggravation, inconvenience and distress. Please be extremely careful when using this agent, especially if you are a tenant - make sure that you know your legal rights and their legal obligations. I essentially had to tell them how to do their job, with point-by-point reference to their own Code of Practice, and even then they refused to accept that they had done a single thing wrong. Very arrogant, patronising and uncivil attitude that I felt bordered on gaslighting. I certainly would not recommend this agent to tenants, but landlords should exercise caution too - the way they communicated with our ex-landlord was unhelpful and ultimately misleading.

Behaviour like this is the reason why lettings agents have the reputation they do, unfortunately.

Very disappointing experience with the agency and a total waste of time and money.
