Heaver appear to have lost interest in doing business.Their services used to be utterly reliable and tenants' issues were always readily addressed - now they do not communicate with either landlord or tenant. Paperwork gets delayed, repairs not carried out, messages do not get relayed, calls not... Read Full Review

Always helpful and honest about properties, I also did not have to pay for the contract etc, only inventory, although I am not sure that this is still the case.... Read Full Review

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
