I cannot emphasize enough the importance of checking your contract with Harry Charles carefully. I cannot emphasize enough the importance of checking your contract with Harry Charles carefully. They had inserted a compulsory £100 (plus VAT) "admin" fee, applicable to any charge incurred at the end of your contract. This means that if you had to pay £5 for a new key, it would actually cost you £125. Clearly there has not been £100 of work involved in the cutting of a new key and this is simply a licence to print money, however it is in the contract. They will not budge on this. Use them at your own risk.
