I wouldn't bother with then. They lied to me on many occasional sand I sought them out. For example when there was a technical fault they lied about the reasons why but they had not paid the bills. The flat is ok, spacious and bright but I know that is value is far less than they make me pay! They started renting this flat for 850, when I came the rent was 890 and now that I\'m leaving they raised the price at 950£ !!! unbelievable!

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
