Shocked at the attitude on the branch staff in Sunningdale at the end of a high value (25k) short term rental in Ascot, as they would not approve the release of the _undisputed_ amount of our deposit of almost 6k because of a claim by the landlord for 600 that we wish to take to dispute resolution... Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
