Landlord had specifically requested not to have a break clause on this property but we were not told of this fact. I've rented my property out for a long time and recently Haart have been managing. They are the worst agent we've ever had. An overall appalling service from this branch of Haart. We put in an offer for a beautiful flat. Hopeless! They approached me trying to get me to leave a more reliable agent. Their fees are very high and BEWARE the small print. They charge you £180 whether they sell the property or not.
