We sold our flat using a different estate agent but was furious to see a letter from Haart come through our letterbox, which all our neighbours received as well, informing everyone that our flat had been sold and specified our door number, and we are not the first vendor that this has happened to following calls with our estate agent. This completely goes against our rights to privacy and could put us and our sale in jeopardy. If the letter was vague and said "a flat within the area", fine, but the fact it specified our actual door number is disgraceful. Noting that Haart are a well known estate agent, we would expect much better and professional practice. Avoid this company as they clearly have no consideration or respect.

The Haart team in Rayleigh have worked hard to complete the sale of our house. We had a number of hic-ups that they have dealt with in a professional and responsive way. Jonathan has been there to explain the impacts and solutions for issues that we have had and has an honest manner so that you know where you stand.
