I have been with Haart since 2013 as a landlord and their service has deteriorated over the years. We are now at the point that I do not have a tenancy agreement in place that I have agreed to, works that I paid a deposit for in November 2022 have not yet started (July 2023) and now the Clapman... Left me without a boiler for over a month, we had to shower at our friends; replaced a broken oven after two months, never replying to emails or pick up the phone. Property management is useless. Left the flat, still waiting for my deposit back (since 3rd... Read Full Review

Really poor customer service. Had to chase up Haart several times before I got the information that I needed, and they would often say that they were going to send emails/return calls, but they never would. Gave me a lot of unnecessary stress - never dealt with such a bad letting agency... Read Full Review

I should have listened to the other reviews, but I was new to the country and in a rush to find an apartment. The agency took advantage of that fact and basically duped me out of 500 pounds on my first day in London. The agent (who was nice enough but 1hr late) took me to see an apartment and urged ... Way too expensive as I found out after dealing with other agents. I paid half as much in fees with an agency ten times as good.

Absolutely awful. The staff are rude and uncommunicative. They also don't consider it their responsibility to handle issues with vermin as the vast majority of other companies do -... Read Full Review

I have spent days trying to sort out my leaking boiler, I am currently without hot water or heating and as I am away from my flat due to work the leak is unattended. Haart property management have lied to me by saying they will chase up the contractor and phone me back straight away and when after... Read Full Review

[[EDIT ORIGINAL START]] To start with, I wish this website has an option to allow people to rate this agency HALF a star! The agents in the branch are rude, unprofessional and annoying. I was forced to sign the contract with a landlord in CASH and Haart said they have no control over what... Read Full Review
Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
