I have been with Haart since 2013 as a landlord and their service has deteriorated over the years. We are now at the point that I do not have a tenancy agreement in place that I have agreed to, works that I paid a deposit for in November 2022 have not yet started (July 2023) and now the Clapman Branch Osman Manager Serkan and my property manager, Cintia Kozma no longer return my emails or call. I am desperately trying to move to a new managing agent but with no communication from Haart, this seems impossible.

Had to chase up Haart several times before I got the information that I needed, and they would often say that they were going to send emails/return calls, but they never would. What agent could do to change your mind?
Way too expensive as I found out after dealing with other agents. I paid half as much in fees with an agency ten times as good.

I should have listened to the other reviews, but I was new to the country and in a rush to find an apartment. The agency took advantage of that fact and basically duped me out of 500 pounds on my first day in London. The agent (who was nice enough but 1hr late) took me to see an apartment and urged me to pay a deposit of 500 pounds and assured me over and over it would be refundable if I change my mind. He filled in the offer form himself and made me sign. As soon as I told him I don't want the apartment after all, he wrote to tell me the deposit was in fact non-refundable. When I complained, the branch manager told me he was not pointing any fingers, but found my story hard to believe.
Of course, it's my own fault for not reading the (very) fine print. But that still doesn't make honesty irrelevant!
This is not an agency, these are hustlers!
I'm sorry to have to give them the one star, but well, they did charge my phone for me while I was waiting in their office, so that's something.

I have spent days trying to sort out my leaking boiler, I am currently without hot water or heating and as I am away from my flat due to work the leak is unattended. Haart property management have lied to me by saying they will chase up the contractor and phone me back straight away and when after not hearing from them for 90 minutes I phoned back the person dealing with my query had left the office. Due to them not dealing with my problem I have had to keep chasing them, this however lead to the final guy I spoke to shouting at me for pestering them. I feel so helpless, I hope my flat isn't flooding, I don't know what I can do anymore. I have only just started my tenancy and love the flat but I will be leaving as soon as I can as I am being treated like an inconvenience.

I was forced to sign the contract with a landlord in CASH and Haart said they have no control over what the landlord request me to pay. They gave me 10 hours notice to take 2000 pounds cash and sign the contract. And after 3 weeks we handed in our references, we were not allowed to read the contract!!!
