I would never use this company again! Failed to do checks on my property even though I paid for fully managed package, failed to pass on my tenants concerns (almost getting me reported to environmental health), failed to obtain my deposit when tenant left the property, cost me a fortune in repair... I would never use this company again! Failed to do checks on my property even though I paid for fully managed package, failed to pass on my tenants concerns (almost getting me reported to environmental health), failed to obtain my deposit when tenant left the property, cost me a fortune in repair of property when flat vacated, became very abusive/difficult with me when he found out I was going to change to another letting company! Behaved totally unprofessionally with myself and previous tenant. Very difficult to make contact with when advice was needed. Not a nice person!This is my personal opinion but please feel free to delete if this is not allowed to be printed. I only hope I do not get repercussions from him following this review!

I would highly recommend this company, both Carl and Julie gave a first class service. They kept me updated all the way by email and phone calls. Both Carl & Julie respond to problems fast & efficiently. The hours the Company keep virtually means you can contact them anytime. Once a problem is reported by us they action it almost immediately.
They're admin fees are also very reasonable compared to most. To sum up if we thought to move again we would seek houses to rent with H2L before looking at the wider market.......we can't say clearer than that, to anyone thinking of renting a property with this letting agent or to a landlord thinking of listing a property with them......do so with confidence.....

Hi I have lived rented properties for quite a few years now and during that time I have delt with some unsavoury landlords and letting agents, however my experience with H2L has been very positive, I had an issue when john sheppard letting agents (balsall common )who entered my home with out my permission to do a viewing organised by my landlady & they locked me and my 2young sons out of the property and refused to accept responsibility which they had to because I or H2L letting agent didn't receive a key for the bottom lock from my land lady for my front door. As soon as I contacted H2l letting agents they responded very fast and called the emergency locksmith straight away without delay and we got back into our home within a very short time. I would like to thank the H2L team for their excellent service. I wish all the other letting agents were as nice and understanding and co operative as H2L have been with me. I couldnt ask for a better letting agent and would and have recommended them to other perspective tenants. Keep your proffesional standards up.

H2L were professional and showed integrity whilst dealing with this situation and have given me peace of mind, should i ever be in position to rent out my property again i would not hesitate in asking them to source and manage the tenants and let.

H2L is ran by a very arrogant and rude manager, Carl. My partner was spoken to with disrespect even by the admin staff! The emergency contact number does not work, so at midnight we were left completely isolated with no water, electricity or emergency contact. Absolutely appalling letting agent and if I'd have know this before hand I would have thought twice and looked elsewhere to waste my hard-earned money.
