Non existent, totally unacceptable customer service. Their contact number doesn't ring until after 17:00. Then a voicemail tells you that they are now closed. They do not respond to emails. This company are the factors of our building but, after calling & emailing numerous times find them hard to get hold of...as yet still no reply, this is going on for 2 months now. I wouldn't recommend anyone uses this company as they are quick to take clients money but, not so quick to respond ... Read Full Review

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
