Dreadful people to deal with. Used to be really good, then lack of communication, never answering calls or emails, our house stunk of cigarette smoke from tenants (against what I wanted) - Meridian claimed that they "couldn't smell it", even though bathroom had gone yellow and sticky from the sheer amount!

You give them all your contact details, and hey don't call back or call the wrong numbers. We called to say that we had arrived to talk and collect keys - Emma wouldn't come to speak to us, but instead sent someone down with the keys.

Totally unprofessional. Agent never returned calls. Agent lied pretty much about everything. Emma seemed pleasant enough in the beginning, but then never responded to phone calls, never returned emails, and was generally unhelpful. She promised us the moon and delivered nothing. I initially contacted the estate agent to value out property a few months ago, I had to cancel due to not being able to afford what we wanted at the time, but I was still contacted,even though I said no. A few months later, we were able to afford to purchase something good for our new budget. I contacted the agent and they arranged to visit. Well.... we're do I begin?! I was given a pie chart on how they are the best agents around blah blah. There property was over valued, as we had 3 other valuations that day by agents on the same road. I was pretty much told to sign on the line then and there and felt pressured into it. I just felt the whole thing was sickeningly cheesy. We are due to complete in 2 weeks and I'm still getting called! If people don't return your calls or use your services then get the hint. I spoke to someone who has just used them and they were all nice to begin with and then shocking.

This guy was the perfect stereotype estate agent and it was not a nice experice.
