I met with Andrew the Branch Manager for a viewing. Sadly the property wasn't for me but he was really knowledgeable, full of valuable advice and honest which can be a rare trait with agents!
The lead up to the viewing was also efficient with the office team being helpful and organised with only proposing suitable homes for sale and trying their best to accommodate viewing times.

When we eventually sold there was hardly any communication from them about what was going on and to find out the buyer pulled out and went with another property with them wasnt great. When issues were raised with them nothing was particulally done and when stated were going to another estate agents the response was basically was ok bye - Wouldn't Recommend and definitely wont be using again

Over a3 month period (May-July) my wife & I secured a rental property in knighwood park.
The team at the Chandler’s Ford office was great, from the house viewing upto the handover of the keys. It’s taken a while to write this review as we have recently been blessed with a baby girl...Time just flies by these days.

Probably the worst company I have ever had to deal with.
We started by viewing a property that they were selling with their Chandlers ford branch. The bungalow that we were interested in ticked every box, so although we were not even on the market yet with our current property we offered the full asking price and agreed to let Goadsby Eastleigh branch take care of our sale. On these terms our offer was accepted. We imediately instructed Goadsby Eastleigh branch to market our property. We initially had just one viewing in the first two weeks.Goadsby then contacted us to talk about lowering the asking price slightly which we agreed to. after doing this we had a few more viewings. After every viewing it was very difficult to get feedback.but by calling every time after a couple of days we eventually managed to get limited feedback, which was generally always fairly positive.
Then out of the blue we received a letter from Chandlers Ford branch to say that they had been instructed to put the bungalow which we had offered on back on to the market and had already secured a buyer at exactly the same time that Eastleigh branch were talking to us about viewings on our property. To me all of this didn't happen overnight. There must have been some dialog between the vendor of the property which we were buying and Goadsby expressing concern over the time taken to secure a buyer for our property. And also between the two branches of Goadsby about a lack of confidence in selling our property. I fully understand that the vendor of the bungalow has every right to sell to who she wants but I feel that we should have had feedback and been included in any conversation and decision making leading up to this outcome as soon as Goadsby knew anything. But instead were led to believe that everything was going OK and was proceeding as originally agreed. .

Agents fee good however the introduction fee to Premier Lawyers (£275) paid to Goadsbys is in our opinion obscene. Our purchases used them and the service from them was shambolic, to say the least.
