I sold a 3 bed end of terrace Victorian property through Gibbins Richards of Wellington branch. II did have a few issues with trying to sell it as a survey said there was a cracked wall and damp etc. I of course panicked but thankfully with help from Nicholas and Jane I got the appropriate people... I originally went with Gibbins as the fees were the cheapest in the area but I also thought they were the best agent!
