Recommend
My key priority was renting out my Flat with the least effort possible , sensible fees and confidence that issues would be dealt with professionally .

The property at Hudson Way, Swindon, SN25 4WJ was in a lovely area and benefited from woodland nearby. Really impressed by Daniel, he was very knowledgeable not only about this property but others that we had been to (With other agents). Knew the various areas of Swindon that we were interested in and spoke about all the positives of each. Took the time to understand what we were looking for. Pre-empted a number of the questions that we had regarding the property and surrounding area. He also pointed out features in the property that would have been easy to miss (e.g. Speakers) and made us feel very comfortable.

Very disappointed with the service provided by Daniel, everything was going forward with my broker and Solicitors and I've been treated terrible. Received an email on Sat 6pm that purchase of the property can not be processed. No txt back, no call back finally reached my agent next day 4pm after excusess made by him....Flat has been passed over to another people. Some people just not realising how this is important for them, the decision they are making for life and stress they are having. I assume karma will do the right job.....It is just not ethical to do the way he did. Very disappointed. #NO human #NO humble
