Andrew Perrin was recommended to me for help with a lease extension. Andrew put me at ease immediately and I felt confident and that I could trust him. He is very enthusiastic about his profession. He is very prompt with responding to emails and is ready with advice and guidance where needed. I felt informed every step of the way. He explains things really well and gives you the time you need to understand the process. The whole thing was done by email, post and over the phone which was very convenient. I wholeheartedly recommend him as he has an upbeat ‘can do’ attitude.

Fast to arrange viewing BUT following me putting in an offer I was seemingly lied to then kept hanging. I appreciate the vendor may have advised the agents regarding how to handle offers but I was told another offer had been accepted. Later I was told none had been.... when you give asking price offers and don't even get an accuate response or update and property is still on the market there's something sus in my opinion. Either vendor isn't serious or agent wants to sell to his mate or is trying to get higher offer and doesn't care if offers are withdrawn as a result. Not sure I'd use them.

I'm very disappointed with the services provided by this company as they don't do the job properly in the first place for you as a tenant. First they process my tenancy agreement when I've told them actually to stop the process coz I want to move out, second they change the property lock without my notice after I pass them on the keys so they kept a part of the deposit for it, third they didn't notice the gas and electric company about my leaving and I had to pay for someone else gas and electric charges ,forth after all this they didn't want to contact the gas company by the phone to rectify their fault as they said it cost them money . I DONT recommend them At ALL

They are a complete waste of time if you are planning to sell you house with them, as you will end up lossing a vaild sale just because of they own greed and stupidity.

Fraser Wood were a thoroughly unpleasant experience. Very condescending and dismissive of any major concerns we had; they do little to benefit their tenants and even ignore their own inventories on your departure from the property. Fraser Wood were a thoroughly unpleasant experience. Very condescending and dismissive of any major concerns we had; they do little to benefit their tenants and even ignore their own inventories on your departure from the property. I had to repair the property concerned at my own expense and even once I'd moved out they still saw fit to dock my deposit for damage they'd listed on the initial inventory. Absolute cowboys, avoid at all cost.
