Would not recommend, had our house for sale with frost & co, decided to part exchange for a new build 1 week before end of contract, they could still sell the house for new build company. As a landlord, i selected Frost & co as i knew they were local and had a good reputation for residential sales, but boy did i make a mistake! sales = good, rentals = awful, the people occupying my property paid on time every month to Frost & Co, but i got wrong amounts after the commission ... My property had previously been on the market for a tenant with two other agents in Burnley for a total of three months.
