After five appraisals of our property, we appointed FF to sell it. Photographs were dreadful. Communication between agents at the branch is appalling. After five appraisals of our property, we appointed FF to sell it. Photographs were dreadful. Communication between agents at the branch is appalling. This led to various 'mix-ups' which delayed the sale. Things would have run more smoothly, had we dealt directly with surveyors, agents on the other side and lawyers. The branch manager assured me he would look into the various 'mix-ups' and get back to me. Needless to say, we've heard nothing.
