The absolute biggest regret of my life. Signing your property over to Fileys Property Edmonton is akin to being blindfolded, going to a random high street and handing your keys over to a complete stranger then hoping for the best. Over the years they tried to cheat me out of guaranteed rental income and I've had to take them to small claims court to get this back. Now l'm literally fighting to get back my property after giving notice more than 3 months ago of this. They have lied, been evasive, failed to follow up on calls they promised to me, failed to return calls or emails regarding when the tennants in my flat will move out and I will get my property back. They have kept me completely in the dark, with radio silence seemingly their modus operandi. It's been the most stressful period of my life. When I should be convalescing after a 6 day hospital stay for a heart operation, instead I've been forced to live out of a suitcase, with my things in storage, flitting from friend to family with no idea about what Fileys Edmonton are doing to repatriate my property back to me or how long i should expect to wait. Fileys Edmonton seem more like a criminal organisation than a bonafide property management company. DO NOT SIGN OVER YOUR PROPRTY TO THEM. THEY ARE LITERALLY THE WORST!
