I had the chance to work with Gemma from Eveleighs recently, and I can't say enough good things about her. As a prospective tenant from abroad, I was navigating the rental market in the UK for the first time, and Gemma made the entire process smooth and stress-free. She was the only one throughout my experience to take the extra time to help me find the perfect rental.
From the very beginning, Gemma was incredibly responsive and attentive. She promptly answered all my questions, no matter how detailed or specific they were. She replied almost immediately after I put in an enquiry as well. From then on, she provided clear and helpful information, ensuring I understood the process and felt comfortable with the arrangements.
One huge thing that stood out to me was Gemma's willingness to go the extra mile. When I needed some extra time to prepare for the move, for example, Gemma was understanding and accommodating, working between the landlord and I to make sure everything went smoothly. She made sure any necessary adjustments were included in the tenancy agreement, with no hassle whatsoever.
Throughout our communication, Gemma was always professional yet super friendly. She made me feel valued and welcomed, and seemed genuinely invested in helping me settle on a place to live. Her patience and dedication were evident, especially when she took the time to address my (long) list of questions and concerns.
Thanks to Gemma's hard work and support, I was able to secure a wonderful rental property just in time for my university term. I highly, highly recommend Gemma with Eveleighs to anyone looking for a reliable & personable lettings manager. Securing private tenancy as a student is challenging enough, and she was there to help every step of the way. She truly made a difference in my rental experience, and I am grateful for her assistance.
