Darren Bainbridge is only after your money. If you are buying or selling a Park Home he will charge you to complete paperwork you can either do yourself for the price of a stamp or is not required anyway. He lied to everyone along the chain. I let my property with Darren at Edward Barclay. He insisted I pay for all the extras including property electrical reports. I thought this made sense so went along with it. For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
