What agent could do to change your mind?

Given back 90% of the deposit, told us the tenant what she needed/wantedto be done before the tenancy ended, Communicated!!! and not hid!!! from Me. Visited the property at some point once in a while, Investigated her own in house accounts department, Didnt make false claims made out of thin air and from the staff's experiences. Negotiated properly and fairly. added up all that i'd spent on the property and took this figure into account.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
