I would not recommend this company. They have disappointed us every time. No repairs are done. the boiler is leaking gas. The condition of the flat is appalling and yet they passed it as 'good'. When I moved out they charged me the 1/3 of the deposit for cleaning expenses. I was surprised because I left the flat clean and in a much better condition than when I first moved in. Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
