I originally bought my property through Dockside and they were extremely helpful with providing me a tenant in situ as it was an investment purchase. The property was managed well and I have no complaints whatsoever with their service.
I then sold my property through them and the service was fantastic! Adam and Liveta made a great team and they are particularly great at responding to emails and calls and updating me with viewings and the sale.
I would definitely recommend them!

I only rented a property from Dockside for just over a year but I was so happy with the customer service I received from them. Chloe was my main point of contact throughout that year and she went above and beyond for us on several occasions. We only moved out so we could save for our own deposit to buy a place but I would have had no problems with carrying on renting through Dockside. I can't thank the whole team enough for making our moving in and moving out process go so smoothly.

We had a terrible experience with Dockside. They do not care about their tenants and will take the landlords side on all issues even when unreasonable. They charged us an extortionate deposit (which grew when we raised a complaint about it) and could not explain why the price was so high. We had asked them to remove or fix broken furniture in our flat but nothing ever came of it. I get the distinct impression that these agents will exploit tenants for as much money as they can get. I will never use Dockside again and would advise anyone else against renting with them.

Overall, I found the staff to be extremely helpful, and understanding. The market is busy right now, yet both members of staff always had time for me, and always answered my generic questions (first time for me) with enthusiasm and understanding.
Kristina seemed to be able to understand what I was looking for right away, so we were able to get things in motion very quickly.
Naturally, parts of this process can sometimes take longer than anticipated, but I was always kept up to date, and all staff were very patient and professional whenever I was frustrated at having to wait (wanted to move forward asap).
Much of the headache was taken away from me and handling by the staff. Chloe even helped me set up my bills, tv, wifi, etc, and at less than half the price of what it should be. It was effortless.
Overall an excellent experience, Would be happy working with them again, and no qualms about recommending them to anyone. Thanks guys :)

This agent is useless. From the start when we called to register our interest in a few properties for sale they didn't even check our position. Then they never called us back so we had to chase them several times. When we did finally view one of the properties the gentleman who turned up did not have a clue. He didn't have any property details or a business card. He never called us back to get feedback either so I'm not sure what he has told his vendor. Then three weeks after we viewed the property he calls me up to ask if I want to view a property that they have not been able to get access too. I asked which property and it was the same house that we had viewed. Clueless. We also asked several times to view another two bed house with them but they never got back to us again and now it is sold. Why you would want to sell your home with this agent is beyond me.
