Unfortunately Dexters let down their profession with typical sales tactics which put us off putting in an offer, only to then find the property still up and vacant 2 months later. Rendall & Rittner are an absolute disgrace. They have no interest in residents' wishes whatsoever - their own needs come first and then their paymaster Berkeley Homes. Rendall & Rittner managed our building for 3 years. They were appointed via the LVT, they were to obtain 6 years accounts from the landlord to give to lessees.
