I sold my house through Dean and co and found all the staff were very helpful and polite. Special mention must go to Ben who kept us informed all of the time, especially when our sale was hit with delays. Messed up a sale completely by sheer incompetence. Was very rude and did not want to take any responsibility when things went wrong even though they were supposed to be negotiating. What a disaster - NEVER go near them... Read Full Review
