Staff are complacent because they have a monopoly in the area so don't have to work hard to get viewings. Understand the client is important but in our experience one senior member of staff was unprofessional and did not keep us informed as potential buyers until property was already under offer.... No reason was given for our failure to secure the property even though we all put in 'similar offers'. Concur with previous reviewers about block booking. It almost seemed as if the property had already been promised to someone else so we didn't stand a chance of getting it. The current situation is not bringing out the best in some estate agents!

Most of the process was good. The last week of moving was not good as information was not passed correctly between seller and us. There was a small delay in the purchase, but Julie was able to chase up the sellers solicitor when necessary to help keep the purchase moving swiftly. Everyone we dealt with was very friendly and helpful. We are extremely happy with our purchase.
