Davis Tate Estate agents in Burghfield is the most dishonest Estate Agent. I contaced their office having see a 2 bbed flat over tesco to rent.
They sent me all necessary documents and tenancy. These I filled out and returned with my deposit which they except.
Davis Tate, Burghfield, give me a tenancy move in date (31/3/25 ), 3 hours before I moved in they called me and said due to my CCJ they can't rent me the property. Really! Or is it that my family is Black British.?
My parents live in this for 61 years. When they came here no one would rent them a room. 61 years later, there children and gran children are experiencing the same treatment. Nothing has changed!
