Claire then took over to help the sale progress and was always on hand to help chase up solicitors when needed and kept me well updated. She worked really hard to help achieve the completion date we wanted and without her I don't think we would have got there. They have a really good team in Shinfield and I would recommend David Tate to anyone looking to buy or sell in the area.
