I have had the best service and cannot thank Charlie Burton and Richard Sutton enough from the beginning to putting my house up for sale to the very end - completion. I have been updated every step of the way and any questions I had they helped me with. Their calm, friendly and professional manner is second to none.
I have and will recommend their services to everyone without hesitation. Without Charlie and Richard I would have never got through this.
A huge thank you to Charlie Burton and Richard Sutton - Davis Tate have employed the best Estate Agents I have ever encountered.

Well I can inform you from my own personal experience that if you deal with Davis Tate in Pangbourne all the stresses you may have or encountered before will be taken away from you if you should be so fortunate to be dealt with by Ms Charlie Burton Sales & Lettings Negotiator within this branch.
I have had the great privilege & pleasure to be helped by Charlie twice now.

We just completed on a house purchase with Davis Tate Pangbourne and they were amazing from start to finish. Charlie Burton was my main contact, she’s fantastic, she’s shown me around the house, answered my questions and she’s been a brilliant communicator as well as a thoroughly lovely lady.
Richard Sutton has been amazing, super helpful, he’s recommended some great contacts I asked for, and helped like Charlie as well, to ensure that the whole process of purchasing a property went as smoothly as possible. Massively appreciated!
Paul Jarvis has been great as well, really helpful!
