Davis Tate Burghfield, and in particular Kelly, were great during my recent house purchase - I couldn't have asked for better service. With a 3 link chain, and the fact that I am non-UK resident, many things could have gone wrong, however with Kelly's commitment and persistence (even when on holiday!) everything went through on time. Highly recommended!

As a result we are in a fabulous property that was made ready within 48 hours of the previous tenants moving out. Special circumstances required very special help, which Davis Tate and Kelly provided.

I can't thank the Davis Tate team enough for the help and support they have given to myself and family. She is well aware that to the customer the transaction is much more than just a financial process but does affect your livelihood and well being.
