When viewing and subsequently purchasing my new home I found Davis Tate, and specifically Kelly and Clare extremely helpful. I have moved many times and Davis Tate were easily the best agents I have come across. I would strongly recommend them for both purchase and sale, I sold my previous home through one of their other branches as well with excellent results.

I can't recommend Davistate as a service highly enough. Brian came and spend some quality time with us discussing our home and recommending the best price that he felt would sell the house in 4-5 weeks, and we were fortunate to find that we received an acceptable offer within 4 weeks still with 2 viewings booked that we had to cancel. Since accepting the offer, Brian, Kelly and Claire have been superb in keeping us updated with the purchasers status and just general communication. If you live in the Burghfield/Mortimer/Sulhamstead area, you should definitely use this team

Over the past couple of months I have attended several house viewings and dealt with a lot of different estate agents. From the moment I pulled up outside the property I was viewing I was greeted with a smile and felt confident that Brian was knowledgable and more than willing to help me. I walked away not only happy with the property but very impressed with Davis Tate. I was told to contact Clare on Monday morning to discuss the property further, I attended on Monday morning and was informed that Davis Tate offer a fair chance to all applicants for a property and therefore I would need to apply and wait to hear back. I heard back shortly after that my rental offer had been accepted. The whole process was so efficient and clear. I knew what I had to do every step of the way and genuinely felt as if everybody on the team had my best interests in mind. A meeting was set up with a financial advisor to make sure that I was prepared for the letting and he was very informative and again made me feel valued and not just like a customer. The whole process was clear, simple and so painless. Thank you especially to Brian, Clare, Fiona and Richard (from EFS) for make the whole process perfect.
