We recently sold and also purchased our property through Davies and Way and we can't praise them highly enough. The whole process from start to finish was smooth running thanks to the Davies and Way team and made it a pleasant experience. I would definitely use Davies and way in future.

My wife and I were living in Aberdeen at the time, we had already sold our property there and had travelled to the Bath area looking for a rental property to relocate to - a potentially stressful situation.
The agent we dealt with, Olivia, was excellent from the start, she promptly scheduled our review visit with the tenants at the time, met us at the property and showed us around demonstrating good knowledge of the house, grounds and rental arrangements. There were a couple of additional questions we had which the agent checked into later and clarified for us.
We decided to take the property but returned to Aberdeen and had to finalise dates and the contract from there. The agent was very understanding and patient, checking with all parties concerned regarding details of the contract, move-in date, payments and move-in arrangements so that on the day of our move all went without a hitch. It was a big move for us so it was great to feel that this side of things was taken care of so well. Once we'd completed the move the agent checked with us that all was fine.
Overall our experience was very positive and our agent was professional, courteous and diligent.

This agency is a long established business in Keynsham and is generally well respected which is why we used them again (they have previously handled other properties for us, all of which were efficient and dealt with in a friendly way). On the down side, the only criticism we can make is that 'Feedback' as a result of a viewing is not always as good as it could be and some of the prospective clients introduced for viewings are a waste of time! But,, .... other agents are 'Tarred with the same brush'. A good tip to anyone using 'Davies and Way' is to keep them on their toes by 'Email,' which should be kept, logged and referred back to - as and when needed.
