Along with many others I am owed money by this lying man. He owes my tenants their deposits & me my rent. CID say the Crown Prosecution Service have reviewed all the facts & evidence & decided there will be no criminal prosecution! Mr Taylors conduct falls out of CID remit & into a civil... 15 Feb 2008I had an e-mail from him. Don't know if he is still using this address: sales@davidtaylorestateagents.co.uk He did send the keys back to my property in January, but no money! Good...

I was a tenant and had a terrible experience. He treated us like dirt yet we were never late with rent and the property was kept immaculately. He lied to us throughout the nightmare and was totally oblivious to the terms of our contract.... Read Full Review

David Taylor owes me 5 months rent which my tenant paid him, plus he owes two lots of deposits taken from two tenants.
