Craig from David Lee, was a star in helping us rent our dream home.
The whole procedure from start to finish was so relaxed, he was there from start to finish and couldn’t do enough for us.

We used this agent to let out property. They charged us for a check-in report which was actually done a few days before the tenants moved in (not in the presence of the tenants) whilst decorating work was being carried out with tools and dust everywhere. They subsequently failed to send us the report and only when I requested it to compare to the check-out report, I was sent a file with thumbnail pictures which you couldn't enlarge or view online. The check-out was done by a different inventory firm, who failed to mention that the tenants had physically broken the wireless boiler controller, which cost approximately £150 to replace (the battery compartment was detached from the unit)! The deposit was released back to the tenants before we discovered this and David Lee refused to compensate us in any way for their mistake. They described the physically broken heating controller as 'normal wear and tear'. Also, they should have refunded the cost of the initial inventory report which wasn't worth the paper it was written on as it wasn't carried out in the presence of the tenants OR on the day they moved in. Really appalled by their service and lack of standards.
