We spoke to all agents in the area initially and chose David Andrews.
Mark initially talked us through the market in the area and who our property would appeal to in terms of buyers.
Everything we were told at the outset was proved to be correct.
Phil organised most of the viewings and kept us constantly updated with feedback.
I really felt that they went the extra mile to ensure everything was setup and done correctly to give the property the best chance to sell.
We had 47 viewings (mostly taken care of by Phil!), a few offers and true to their word the property sold for asking price. I felt we received very good service and the result was as discussed at the beginning of the process.
They were also both very easy to deal with and even gave us advice with our next move outside of London.
Highly recommended.
