Rented with David Andrew in Finsbury Park for over a decade and the property management office was always great, Theo in particular, they always responded quickly, got contractors out to handle any urgent issues (electricity, plumbing, heating) within 24hrs. David Andrew managed our property in Archway for 6 years, and then managed the sale process. At all times, we found them to be highly responsive, highly compotent agent. This was particularly important as we were living overseaas the entire time. When we came to sell, David Andrew made the process very easy. Within 10 days, they had bids from 4 buyers. With their recommended Conveyancer, the sale was complete in 2 months. Big thanks to Anusha, Greg and Todd - you are all legends!

Despite a challenging house sale, these guys managed to stay positive and upbeat. What really stood out for me was the way they managed everything in a really diplomatic and professional way.
This was the sale of my late mother's house and despite me living 120 miles away, they were able to help me greatly with a lot of the practical tasks in order to get the house ready and this was a HUGE weight off my mind.
They were also very good at explaining the process to me who had never sold a property before.
I would use them again and know that I made the right choice when assessing which estate agent I should use. (I interviewed four and David Andrew clearly stood out)

We have known manager John for several years both as purchasers, landlords and as vendors. He has always operated with the upmost professionalism and integrity. We have really valued the support from David Andrew’s over the years. Francois was really helpful when we let out our property and continued supporting us when our property was on the market. We have just sold our property and at times the sale was difficult and stressful. John and Gemma supported us throughout and we will always value this and they made the process so much easier. One thing we particularly valued about David Andrew was that John is always involved overseeing any issues. If we ever had a problem we could always go straight to John and he would resolve it for us immediately. We always trusted him and valued his advice. Would highly recommend to anyone letting or selling a property!
