We were in a hurry to find a place as we were relocating and had been let down by other agents we'd booked with on the Saturday we had come to London to try to find somewhere. We walked into David Andrew with no expectation at all that they could help but they really did everything they could to try to find a suitable property, including taking us out on a viewing within the hour to the flat that turned out to be exactly right. They turned around the whole tenancy within two weeks, which was a real load off our minds.

We walked into David Andrew with no expectation at all that they could help but they really did everything they could to try to find a suitable property, including taking us out on a viewing within the hour to the flat that turned out to be exactly right. They turned around the whole tenancy within two weeks, which was a real load off our minds.
One slight bit of feedback, because they have no facility to take credit cards, we had to find the deposit and first month's rent in cash to do a bank tranfer with, which we weren't planning. Other than that, an absolutely smooth process, and they have been attentive, friendly, and quick responding in our first month of tenancy.

Have a high quality portfolio of properties, and are very honest and very helpful in their approach. Would have preferred longer notice for when payments and forms needed to be sent as we felt a little rushed towards the end, but other than that, we have no complaints.

I have been using David Andrew to let this particular property for the past 18 months - their service and attension to detail has been excellent - especially as their fees are approximately half the level of the competition for full management services. I have been using David Andrew to let this particular property for the past 18 months - their service and attension to detail has been excellent - especially as their fees are approximately half the level of the competition for full management services.
David Andrew also take fees monthly rather than up front which is much more supportive of a landlord.
All of my deallings with them have been professional and they have always found me good quality tenants.
As other properties I own in the area come up for renewal I shall appoint David Andrew.

The staff at David Andrews showed great professionalism and were very positive about being able to rent our property. Their hard work succeeded where three other agents had failed. They kept us in touch with developments all the time and gave us very useful feedback after every viewing - something which other agents failed to do. They made very useful suggestions about presenting our property and were very encourging throughout the process. A huge thank you to Jason Latty from David Andrew in Archway for a totally hassle free sale! I don't live in London so was anticipating selling my flat to be a relatively painful process but Jason made sure it went through as smoothly as possible. As soon as he had a viewing, he phoned straight away with feedback and managed to get me two very good offers in just a matter of weeks. I think from start to finish, the sale took about 10 weeks and not once did I have to chase Jason for anything - he has been incredibly efficient and proactive and if I had another flat in the area, I would not hesitate to use him again or recommend him. Thank you Jason!

I spent several weeks viewing properties in London.. However on meeting Jason Latty from Davids Andrews,. I knew that he would find the right property for us. He took on board exactly what we were looking for and the Budget we had to spend . After viewing a couple of properties we made a decision to make an offer on the basis that should it be accepted the property would be taken off the market.. After accepting our offer . I am pleased to say they stuck by there WORD and at no time did we feel that Jason would let us down. We were completely honest throughout the whole experience and Jason did everything that he promised. From the point of making an offer and now having exchanged Contracts this had been brilliant.
