I live in a block managed by David Charles. They have no care for Health & Safety and other concerns for the residents. On top they hold PREJUDICE views. We wanted to let a property through David Charles and asked if they would take responsibility for bringing the property to the level ready for letting. I cannot recommend David charles and especially Claudio highly enough. They all were extremely professional, friendly and attentive at all times. As the owner of a listed building mine was never going to be a run of the mill sale. Despite some setbacks, covid, etc they never stopped working for me ... Read Full Review

In my 10 years of using estate agents to let my property definitely the worst and believe me Ruislip has many bad agents. Resulted in 5 months lost rent, damage to my property, tenants begging to release deposit which I had agreed to but these guys could not handle. They left property void for 5 ... Read Full Review

Not through choice, my 80+ yr old parents have been with DCPC for about 4 years. Every year, I ask if DCPC can look at setting up a D/D, instead of a standing order to pay the bills....as each year, the amount goes up.
